Friendly service, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, delicious breakfast, a clean, fresh hotel environment. The only problem was that room service suddenly opened the door to ask about bathroom amenities. You shouldn't be allowed to open the door yourself; you need the guest's permission.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was spotlessly clean, the service was excellent, and all the facilities worked perfectly. I was very satisfied and would definitely stay again.

Because it was close to my daughter's boarding house, I unfortunately didn't have time for breakfast because I had to leave for the airport early in the morning. Hopefully, I can next time. The room was comfortable and the service was friendly.

Very pleasant, highly recommended. Located in the city center, close to the train station, the hotel staff are friendly, and the facilities are complete: ample parking for motorbikes, a gym, massage services, a swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast with a wide selection.

My second stay at this hotel. First, the sink was flooded, but the hotel quickly addressed this. Second, the other spoon was a bit dirty, not sure if it hadn't been washed or what. Overall, it's good, and the hotel responded quickly. Thanks for the help with the sink and other issues. Lastly, IMPORTANT: The TV broadcast and Wi-Fi network are often down. Please help the hotel improve this. Thanks 🙂

Everything is comfortable. I'm late, but the room is already cooled... Happy.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with cool air conditioning. The room design is beautiful. It has a great window view, complete amenities, and a delicious and complete breakfast. The TV is Android-compatible and can stream Netflix, and there's a refrigerator for those who need something cool.

The room was clean and very comfortable. I got a room with a bathtub, the TV had Netflix, the AC was very cold, the corner room was great, and it had a view. The food was delicious, so I was satisfied with my stay here.

Okay, great, right after checking in, the room was suddenly upgraded to a junior suite.
