I regularly visit Penang to check our apartment project. The food is almost up to my expectation; at least they have proper beef. Definitely will come and stay here again.

Need to improve the breakfast menu. We stayed for 2 days and have to eat the same menu as yesterday. The room was clean but a little bit having trouble with the surrounding sound. Other room doors, people running at the alley... we can hear clearly from inside the room.

Excellent service from almost all the staff, they made us feel super welcome. Spacious room and bathroom, gorgeous hotel areas, easy access to Gurney Bay park.

The staff were friendly and very helpful during the check-in and check-out process.
