The hotel is very new and they gave us the best room according to our booking. The staff are friendly, and the location is within walking distance to the nearest beach.

I don't really want to give a bad review. But in my experience staying here, it felt like the hotel wasn't ready to open yet. The staff, rooms, and food were all nice and delicious. However, there was one thing that I found very disturbing. There was dog feces in the basement, and there were dogs sleeping in the basement and even in the hotel lobby. Please fix this, as animal feces are filthy, and it disrupts our comfort as guests. I hope this feedback is well-received and can be improved in the future. Thank you.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious, next time I go to Bali I will stay here again

The hotel location is quite in so it is quieter, but because the hotel is new, there is a lack of maintenance, especially the AC that we got yesterday emitted dust when it was turned on. Parking is also remote, in the basement combined with Oakwood, and there is poor lighting from the parking area to our hotel. Please pay attention. Overall, the experience of staying there is quite good

the hotel is new, the rooms are nice and clean. the pool is also big, so it's one with the apartment next to it. there is no parking lot yet but you can park at the Oakwood next door, and you can enter/walk from the Oakwood lobby. the location is not on the beach, but it's close if you want to walk and cross the road a little. on the main road there are many minimarkets and restaurants.

New hotel, affordable price, clean room. There is no restaurant yet

The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful, for a new hotel the facilities are very good and clean.

Overall it's ok, but because it's still new, there's no restaurant yet, so you have to choose a breakfast and it will be delivered to your room, but the food is delicious and luckily all the items are still new.

There is only a swimming pool. Gym & restaurant are not finished yet. Service needs to be improved because waiting for check in is almost 1 hour just because the pillow case has not arrived. Breakfast by request is delivered to the room because there is no restaurant. The food should have arrived at 08.00 but it arrived at 08.30 that too after being confirmed by phone first. However, if you look at the room: The room is spacious and clean.
