The food is more varied, and it now has its own cafe. Breakfast used to be upstairs, and the staff was friendly and quick to respond. I always stay here every time I visit Kisaran, and this is my second time.

The food is more varied now. Two years ago, we used to stay upstairs for breakfast, but now we have our own cafe next door. The toilet in Grand Deluxe Room 108 was incredibly smelly. I was intoxicated the first night because of the smell of feces coming from the toilet. The second day, I asked to be moved, but luckily the staff was very quick to handle it and moved me straight away.

The location is very strategic, even though it's a new hotel, everything is really well maintained. Yesterday, I requested to clean the room, I didn't expect the clothes hanging to be tidied up. The room I chose was indeed small but very comfortable. The AC was cold, smart TV, and there was a water heater. Keep it up Grand Mulia Hotel 🫶

I thought a room for 400 thousand rupiah would have a water heater, but it turns out there isn't. In another hotel for 200 thousand rupiah, there is hot and cold tap water.

Clean room, good food, okay parking. Only the bathroom is quite small and there is no hot water, for today's hotel standards there should be.

New hotel and clean. Best in town. However, fried rice everyday for breakfast, no other option, and it was not being delivered to the room on time as promised. Water hot water for shower.
