One of the best hotels in Bukit Bintang. It is clean and near all tourist attractions. The rooms are bright and smell so nice. Gotta come back here again if I go to Kuala Lumpur next time.

The breakfast is only a portion, not a buffet. For the price of 900k, it's not worth it.

On the second day of my stay, the water was completely cut off in the morning for 1 hour..and it was very detrimental for me because I couldn't use the bathroom. And there was no compensation from the hotel either and no apology from the hotel management.

Advantages: The hotel is close to everywhere so if you are tired you can just go to the hotel to rest and then go again, good service (towels, shampoo, soap, drinks) asked for first then given. Disadvantages: No hair dryer facilities, no toothpaste and toothbrush, small room, room not cleaned every day even though I stayed 3 nights, breakfast was given like cat rice, not according to the advertisement really disappointed even though it was expensive, just stay here once, thank you.

The location of the hotel is really strategic, it makes you easier to come and go from one place to another without having to take transportation all the time. The room was a bit small but clean, and you can ask for a make-up room and they’ll refill all your necessities also. Kudos to all the staff, all of them were kind-hearted and very accommodating 🫡☺️ Definitely will come by again if I ever come to KL again!!

Nice, best area, clean, and spacious room

The location is superb, but the room is not clean enough. There are bugs or mosquitoes in the room or in the bed. My son got a few bug bites on his arm, and it's itchy. I felt the same on my feet. Well, it's okay because I stayed only for 2 nights. Will not stay more than 2 nights there 😅

If you want to go to Vavilion, just walk.
