I booked a room for my parents to go to Saigon for a medical examination. When I checked in after a tiring day of medical examination, the staff said the rooms were full but I was still able to book because the app was not updated. The staff was willing to book a room at another hotel for my parents :) BUT They took my parents to a hotel located right near Bui Vien, full of foreigners, loud music and located in an alley. When they arrived at the hotel, the staff said there were no rooms and took my parents to another hotel located on De Tham street. They told my parents to go up and see if it was ok, but at that time my parents were too tired so they agreed to stay. The rooms here do not have breakfast like Shogun. I think the service is not very good. I still criticize Rating so that the hotel can do business less haphazardly :)
