The hotel is near the beach, opposite a park, and just a short walk to the beach. Next to it is a street with many delicious and inexpensive food stalls. My only downsides are that the rooms need a bit more thorough cleaning as the tables are still dusty, and only the reception staff assist with check-in, not security.
