When I arrived, a nail from the spiral bed was sticking out and it scratched my skin. My leg bled because the wound was quite long and deep. Luckily, when I complained to the hotel, they immediately took care of it. The shower also broke, and the hotel was also very quick to address the problem. So, I give the hotel's service a 7 thumbs up 👍😇
