Clean, tidy, jacuzzi worth it

A million but doesn't include meals. The hotel is Japanese style, not very spacious.

Overall, all the facilities are really good, Japanese themed concept, just missing a small refrigerator because for this fairly high price, it really needs to be there, the service is so far so good, thank you.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, delicious food, there's a restaurant on site. The room was comfortable, but some spots were a bit dirty. The onsen was big enough for two people. Perfect for a honeymoon. I'd love to stay there again next time.

This is one of the hotels with an unusual theme in Bandung, the location is quite strategic on the street that is the center of tourist shopping, the condition of the hotel is quite clean, the service is also friendly, the condition of the room is also clean especially with the Japanese theme which is quite interesting personally, the bathroom is also good especially with the typical Japanese ofuro facilities which add its own value especially when enjoying a hot bath with a beautiful view, the complimentary facilities are also complete especially the television is equipped with YouTube and Netflix, adding its own plus point, the food is also delicious even though it is paid, although the air conditioning facilities are not cold enough, maybe there needs to be periodic repairs.

Filling out the Google form for check-in is very troublesome for me, with a lot of luggage, I still have to fill out the Google form before I can check in. Many guests I feel check in not for vacation, not suitable for family trips

When I first arrived from the parking lot to the lobby, it felt like a hotel that hadn't had any visitors for a long time because it looked deserted and the restaurant didn't have any basic drinks like black coffee. However, when I checked in, I was met by the friendly staff who explained the rules of the stay. After entering the room, overall it was awesome, I liked it. The room was clean and felt comfortable with Japanese-style decoration and interior, there was a functioning ofuro. The hot and cold water in the bathroom worked well. There was also a smart TV that already had a Netflix subscription, so I could Netflix while staying here. The main thing was the calm atmosphere with views of the green garden and the cool air of Bandung. Very good for the type of room I booked.

I tried to stay at this hotel for a staycation. I was quite interested because this is the only Japanese-themed hotel in Bandung. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, especially since I stayed in a suite room with Japanese-style hot tub facilities with a beautiful view. The complimentary amenities are also quite complete. However, when I stayed, the Wi-Fi hotspot was not working, and the cleanliness of the room, especially the presence of ants, was quite disturbing.

Stayed at Mogami Ryokan for 4 days 3 nights, the check in process was fast & friendly..my family and I stayed in the Yamagata room which has an ofuro and a view of the mountains (during the day) trees, several high-rise buildings which at night have lots of lights so there is a view of the city lights. The room is decorated in Japanese style, so it feels like we are really in Japan.. for the location in Cihampelas, it is quite strategic..thanks Mogami Ryokan

It was a good experience. The ambiance really felt like Japan. The room and bathroom were clean, and the staff was friendly. However, the checkout time at 11 AM was too early. It would be more convenient if the checkout time were 12 PM. Also, the room was not soundproof, so we could hear if someone in the next room was moving a chair or a hanger and the traffic outside. I will come back next time to stay in here^^

Beautiful hotel with Japanese theme. Friendly service. Soft bed with lots of pillows. There is also a Japanese restaurant for photos. Recommended :)

The parking area is narrow, drinking water is refilled from gallons and the mattress springs and the bathroom water is not hot and the toilet is not clean.

The room is very small, I could have gotten a better room with the same price elsewhere. The hot water in the bathroom takes time to come.

Good room and good service but the room was not sound proof enough.
