When I entered the room, the floor was still wet, as if it had just been mopped. When I entered the bathroom, there were towels on the floor. The area near the balcony under the AC was wet and leaking. The lights went out and it took a long time to get back up.

Room is very clean and well maintained, was well prepared (lights and AC on when I came in). Great in-room amenities like induction cooker, pan, fridge, electric kettle. Wi-Fi was fast, smart TV was equipped with Netflix. Bathroom was clean, hot water was limited in the shower but it was okay. There wasn't a lot of noise probably because my floor wasn't crowded. The whole building was also clean and well maintained. Staff were kind and helpful. I do wish however, if there could be a reminder or easily noticed information regarding the check-in process as Cozy Rooms reception lobby is not located at the same spot as the building's lobby. Highly recommended for layovers or short business trips.
