I initially got a room on the 7th floor, and it was hot. I then asked to be moved, and thankfully, I got a cool room. The service is good, and the security is also good. The food is also quite good, and my son really enjoyed his stay.

The room was clean, the hotel staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, though the variety could perhaps be increased. We stayed for two nights and there was an Independence Day event by the pool area. Our daughter was very happy staying at this hotel. The location is right in the center of the city. We have stayed at Laska Ciater and Ciletuh before, but this was our first time staying at Laska Subang. We will definitely return to this hotel another time.

The only inconvenience I had was the lights were still too bright for me to sleep in, even though only the lights near the exit were on. Otherwise, it was quite comfortable and pleasant.

We checked in at the hotel at 11 PM, and prior to arrival, we had called to confirm our booking—the whole process was smooth. The car park is quite spacious, and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean, and the room was quiet even though it faced the main road. The breakfast offered a good variety of menu options, all of which were satisfying and tasty. There is also a swimming pool, although it is a bit small for adults. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and affordable. I would definitely come back again for a staycation.

We really enjoyed staying at Hotel Laska, even if it was only for one night. Before checking in, we got caught in the rain on our way to Ciater. After reading the app reviews, we decided to check in. Upon parking, we were greeted by a friendly staff member with an umbrella. Check-in was easy. The hotel room was neat and clean. We stayed in room 722.

Could you please turn off the speakers in front of the rooms and in the hallways? They're so noisy, especially in the morning. Are you trying to wake people up or something? I've stayed here many times, and the only downside is the speakers in the hallways are noisy, the sound is too loud. Doesn't the manager ever check on them or what?
