1st day of trip during Songkran holidays. Selecting to stay at Akara Hotel; located near Terminal 21 and Grande Centre Point Space. The hotel has quick check-in; there is car parking service. The room is so wide and has cleanness; the sky pool is highlighted with good views. The breakfast has many menus and good taste. Good to stay and walk around nearby places.

The bed and the pillow is sooo comfortable. You will sleep like a baby despite during the day you can’t leave your curtain open because the window can make your room quite hot.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The hotel's amenities include a new and clean hotel, a wide variety of breakfast options (but the taste was average. I ordered eggs benedict, but the egg whites were undercooked). Check-in time was 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:20 PM. The staff informed me that the room wasn't ready yet, so I waited for a while. I finally checked in at 3:40 PM. I went up to my room and waited for my luggage. It wasn't until 4:00 PM that I was about to go out, but it still hadn't arrived, so I called the front desk. It took a while before they arrived. Actually, if there aren't enough luggage carriers, you can have guests bring their own luggage. The bathroom has a very spacious shower, but the sink is outside the bathroom. After showering, the water couldn't drain fast enough, filling the floor and overflowing into the toilet bowl. The water remained there until morning, creating a musty smell. The room wasn't soundproofed at all. Every time someone in the next room opened or closed the door, I jumped as if someone had opened it. At night, I could hear the sound of a bar outside clearly. However, the bed was spacious and comfortable. Parking is wallet parking. The staff in this area are excellent.

Parking is valet parking, with staff driving you to your desired location. This is an automated parking lot for small vehicles, but larger vehicles can park along the perimeter wall or in an additional lot outside. Therefore, parking is limited inside the property. If you're not comfortable with this, we recommend arriving before evening. Breakfast is a generous international buffet.

When booking in the system, it says Sea view. The room type name says Sea view. The menu below also says Sea view. But the room I got had a city view. I felt really, really bad. The receptionist's reason was that it was the fault of the Traveloka system. It was really bad. The room mirror was really dirty. There was a stain on someone's face. The room price was not appropriate for the service in the room.

Got spaghetti vongole and it smelled fishy. The breakfast was okay. The restaurant on the 3rd floor also smelled fishy

The room is really wonderful, the staff is friendly. Highly recommended for anyone who would like to stay in Pattaya.
