Staff very efficient from receptionist to housekeeping. Rooms are on a smaller scale. No wardrobe in my room but the toilet size is ok.

Love the hotel concept and style, and have a big and cozy room. Just next door to the hotel is the biggest mall in Putrajaya (IOI Mall), and have a lot of local foods to dine in, shopping, as well as entertainment too. Love the place and have wonderful memories here. Shall come again in the future. Keep up the good work and service.

The Location is Very Good... just beside the East Entrance of IOI City Mall.. The Breakfast is very good.. and the staff is very Helpul... the room is not Very Big but it is clean...

Will always go to this hotel whenever I have a program or event in the area. Spacious and comfortable room. Have a connecting room which is convenient for us, a family of five. Food is good too. Valet parking is most of the time full, but they have underground parking which is convenient.
