When I checked in, I requested a smoking room, but upon check-out, I was given a non-smoking room, resulting in a long wait and a fine. It was a shame there was a miscommunication from the receptionist during check-in. They didn't explain the room type and simply asked me to sign.

The hotel staff was friendly, the bathroom was clean and functional. I highly recommend staying at this hotel again. It's close to everything, and the breakfast was delicious.

Overall, it's quite good, but the AC isn't cold enough, and there's no kettle or spoon, making it a bit of a hassle to make coffee or tea. You have to go to the water dispenser.

The hotel is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. It's perfect for a comfortable rest because the main road isn't too busy, but it's still close to the shopping center. The hotel lobby is also very comfortable and fragrant. There's a welcome drink available, but unfortunately, I wasn't offered one. I stayed for three nights, but every time I passed by the lobby, I was never offered one. I tried to borrow an iron, but was denied the reason it was fully occupied, but the staff didn't offer to borrow one during certain hours, suggesting they weren't willing to lend it.
