The hotel has beautiful, well-maintained grounds with lots of flowers, and a beautifully decorated dining room. However, the amenities inside the room (Bach King) were very inconvenient and made me uncomfortable. The room was cramped, and there wasn't a single suitable table for me to place my laptop, write, or put my makeup on… Only chairs and small stools. This room is not suitable for children under 7 years old because it has a mezzanine and the stairs are difficult to climb, making it easy to fall as children like to climb up and down. Perhaps the hotel doesn't cater to families with children or people who need a place to work. The main target audience of the hotel is foreign tourists. Most of the staff were nice and helpful, but the breakfast room attendant seemed rather unfriendly and reluctant to serve Vietnamese people. Also, the room was very cold; there was no heating system, only a small heater that wasn't warm enough for the whole room and looked quite dangerous. The tissues in the room were cheap and thin. I stayed in 3 hotels on this trip, but this was the first one that didn't meet my expectations the most (because I saw that the hotel won the best boutique hotel award, so I probably had high expectations).
