The hotel is clean, the rooms are a good size (not too small), and the bathrooms have bathtubs. The staff are lovely, and the facilities are complete. It's located in a tourist area, making it convenient for getting around and finding food. There's a 7-Eleven next to the hotel and restaurants in front of it.

Other than the good location, the rest was just so-so. Oldish.

Love to stay here! Only 3 mins to Dotonbori, 2 mins to Donki, next to Seven Eleven, also near to Shinsaibashi, Namba Station and others. Great!

The location is very strategic, right in a busy area, next to Seven-Eleven. There are dining options right on either side of the hotel. The rooms are quite small. Check-in and check-out are quick. There's a luggage storage area.

The staff were lovely and I was able to check in before 3 pm. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong cigarette smell. Disappointed.

Very good location near Dotonburi, the amenities need to upgrade the type because just only few there

the check in process took too long, almost 50min to be completed even though there is no other guests at that time. make it worst, the lobby, despite being quite spacious, has no chair at all for my parent to sit and wait for the whole check in process. the staff who entertained me is non-japanese, i believe due to their ability to speak in english, however still having difficulties to understand our request in simple english. the whole experience could be better for the price that we paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities with a microwave and gas cooktop. The bathroom had a washer/dryer and spare toothbrush kit. We had a pleasant, safe stay at a reasonable price. Arigatō!
