Good location. They have space for our luggage in the lobby when I was checking out, and it's very helpful.

The hotel location is very strategic and close to the station

The location is excellent, however the reception handled requests very poorly and with very un-Japan hospitality. Luggage storage at the lobby is available, but at our own risk! We did store the luggage for a few hours and everything was fine. Overall this is a hotel where there are less than typical hotel services.

The location is great and receptionists speak good English. Overall, within my expectation and I am very satisfied!

Especially the bathroom, once you enter the room the smell of urine is too strong, even though it looks clean.

If you love shopping and eating, this is a really great place to stay. Love that we found this hotel.

Nice location (near dotonbori). But the room quite small 🥲 not that clean tho (super sad).

It's very close to dotonbori and the glico sign. There's seven eleven just right next to the hotel and its 24/7 so its very convenience. But if you want to use the luggage transfer services, you should walk a bit to the nearest lawson or familymart. The area is very crowded, I stayed for 5 nights and definitely will be on my hotel list to stay in dotonbori area. To get here from the station, it's around 10 minutes walk from Namba station. It's not that close but the area is very close to all the popular place in Osaka, definitely will be back here.

It is a very good hotel, clean, has excellent security system, very close to tourist attractions, easy to walk to see Tongburi, and also close to Donki.

It was really nice stay with a great service from the staff. Close to 7-Eleven, and walking distance to the famous Dotonburi Running Man

Just 3 minutes from dontonbori

A very good choice to stay at this hotel, the location is very close to Dotonbori, the facilities are also good, kimonos are provided, toiletries in the lobby and you are free to take them yourself. The rooms are also comfortable. Anyway, if I go to Japan, I will definitely stay here again.

The location is really good, very close to the food & shopping center. The area is also not too noisy even though it is a busy area. Next to the hotel there is a sevel so it is easy to find snacks or breakfast. For the room & amenities are standard. Overall good.

Strategic location, next to halal food, dotonbori, the legend glico sign, etc

The big is not too big. But the location is only 3 minutes walk to dotonbori street. Kind of noisy at weekend. But its clean and got the view on higher floor.

a fairly comfortable place, the room size is like in general in Japan. enough to open a 28-inch suitcase. the place is quite close to dotonburi, donquito, and night food centers. at the end of the year the price of other hotels is expensive. this hotel offers a fairly affordable price.

Book this hotel for an additional room for relatives because they can't get it at the hotel we are staying at. Overall it's okay because the location is not too far from the hotel we are staying at. The price is also still quite good, not too high even though it's high season.

The hotel is close to Dotonbori, next to it is a Fam Mart, and there are lots of restaurants around it.
