Love to stay here! Only 3 mins to Dotonbori, 2 mins to Donki, next to Seven Eleven, also near to Shinsaibashi, Namba Station and others. Great!

The hotel is conveniently located near a street with many restaurants and shops, and is clean.

The location is very strategic, right in a busy area, next to Seven-Eleven. There are dining options right on either side of the hotel. The rooms are quite small. Check-in and check-out are quick. There's a luggage storage area.

The staff were lovely and I was able to check in before 3 pm. However, despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a strong cigarette smell. Disappointed.

Very good location near Dotonburi, the amenities need to upgrade the type because just only few there

the check in process took too long, almost 50min to be completed even though there is no other guests at that time. make it worst, the lobby, despite being quite spacious, has no chair at all for my parent to sit and wait for the whole check in process. the staff who entertained me is non-japanese, i believe due to their ability to speak in english, however still having difficulties to understand our request in simple english. the whole experience could be better for the price that we paid.

The staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. Just a short walk from the train station. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities with a microwave and gas cooktop. The bathroom had a washer/dryer and spare toothbrush kit. We had a pleasant, safe stay at a reasonable price. Arigatō!

Room is spacious and clean, nearby shopping and halal foods. Easily access for Metro and 10 minutes walking from Namba station

the location is very close to the Dotonburi Glico board.

The location is extremely convenient, turn 2 minutes to Dotonbori, convenience store right at the foot. The rooms are generally spacious compared to the average in Japan. The only downside is that the rooms are not soundproof, Dotonbori is bustling at night until the wee hours of the morning, so it's a bit noisy to sleep. Anyone who likes the bustling atmosphere of crowded streets will like this hotel.

Excellent Service, just minus The hotel does not guarantee the security of the luggage storage area, so if someone leaves 2 suitcases and then takes 4 suitcases without being noticed, it is dangerous to leave suitcases at this hotel.

the room is very small and there is a smell. with 28 and 32 inch lug to be open 1 side only, no space already. as couple, no space for walking. took about at least 20mins to check in and mayb the lady is a new staff, not familiar with the room arrangement

The location is okay, the room is okay, the bed is a bit less clean, when booking it doesn't match the room I ordered, overall it's okay

One room for three is quite comfortable.
