I stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The service from the reception, staff, and management was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were also decent. However, the hotel has 9 floors but only one elevator, so during holidays when it's crowded, the wait for the elevator can be a bit long. Overall, everything was great for me. If I have the chance to return to Cua Lo, I will definitely stay here again.

I had to change rooms three times because the air conditioner was broken. I had a 2-year-old child with me, but I still had to keep changing rooms at 11 pm.

The floor color and bathroom look dirty.
