The location is quiet, making it a great place for a family staycation. There's also a hiking trail for those heading to Mount Pancar or the waterfall. The service is also quite good, with a friendly and welcoming staff. If there's any minor feedback, it'd be to fix the door handle. The AC isn't cold enough. Perhaps because the focus is on the cafe, lodging isn't a priority. But I definitely recommend it for a quick break.

The room was really nice and clean. The food was also delicious. The swimming pool was a bit dirty because of fallen leaves. But overall, it was totally worth it.

Comfortable, clean, friendly service

I stayed in the Cocoa room, with a king-size bed. The room was clean. The only downside was the shampoo, which seemed to be expired (smelly), so I had to bring my own. There were also a lack of electrical outlets. Just bring your own. But overall, it was good. I would stay here again if there's a trail running event in Sentul.

The staff was very friendly, I left something behind at check out but it was sent back to my home address.

Strategic, comfortable and clean. suitable for those looking for comfort

The mattress in cocoa feels like it's sagging/flat. It seems like a used mattress and not a hotel standard for an expensive price like this. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready, the mattress and sheets weren't ready. The soap was only a little bit left and hadn't been refilled. Please fix it. The placement of the room is also not quite right, it's on the ground floor near the office and the employee seating area so it feels very noisy if the employees are chatting outside.

The hotel staff is very friendly, initially we ordered the wrong date of stay but in the traveloka application the hotel could not be refunded or rescheduled, but when we contacted the hotel we were finally able to reschedule. When we arrived at the inn, the room we booked was already occupied, so we were given an offer to upgrade the room at no additional cost, the room was nice, neat, clean and fragrant, the air around the resort was very cool. Around the resort there is a fish pond but, the prayer room is very close to the resort. Thank you foothill, hopefully the resort will continue to develop and always be maintained.

The view is good, the location is very easy to access, the rooms are very comfortable. Ordered an Acasia room, but when checking in the room was already occupied by another customer. The staff and management were very friendly and provided solutions, offering to upgrade to a better room, Sorrea type, without additional costs. The food is also delicious and lots of choices. The number of rooms available is very small, but it feels like a private holiday at the foot of Mount Salak. Even when swimming, it was just my group. Very suitable for a holiday trip for introverts. Apart from that, this villa has lots of spots. And it's really suitable for an office outing. I would highly recommend it.

The gist of my review is only one: Don't expect to be able to rest peacefully if you use a VVIP/Zodia room when there is an event at the place. 2 nights of staying there were always events and disturbed my rest and activities with colleagues. 1 AC unit in the middle room was only active a few hours after check in and no technician came after I informed the management that the AC was dead. 1 lamp between the bathroom & the main room had an unclear switch and could not be turned off so it was a bit disturbing for those sleeping in the middle room. That's my only complaint and the rest I was satisfied with the location, food, service & room facilities.
