This is my third booking because we failed to get to Waerebo. But we'll have a fourth booking after we return from exploring Flores. We really enjoyed our stay here. Regarding the distance to the city, we only stayed until 8 PM at the latest and then went home. We also felt at home in the hotel, even though the TVs in all the rooms were broken. There was still Wi-Fi which was always smooth enough to watch Korean dramas if we were tired from exploring Bajo all day. The AC was also cold. It was warm inside the room, but the outside was cold at night. But during the day, it was a bit dazzling because the yard was spacious and it was indeed the dry and cold season.

I really enjoyed staying at this fx72. During my vacation in Labuan Bajo, I never changed hotels or inns. The restaurant food is delicious, the breakfast is also simple but delicious. They are all friendly too. Usually, the downside of hotels like this is access, hehehe. But access is easy, not far from the main road of Pede Beach. The entrance alley is only a bit potholed 😹 but my husband and I were safe, because we were riding motorbikes. Hungry in the middle of the night, there are Javanese lalapan stalls selling left and right. Out of cash? Don't worry, in front of the alley before entering there is a small kiosk where you can withdraw cash 😍

The review is still about the inside of the room.. I'm too lazy to leave the room, hehehe.. The point is that my husband and I like the atmosphere, the friendliness of the staff, the food is delicious even though it's a bit expensive.. hehehe.. Oh yeah, the hotel room has 3 floors, all rooms get breakfast every morning according to guest requests. For us on the 3rd floor it's specifically for twin beds. Jl. Pantai Pede, from the city center 5-10 minutes, not so noisy.. Although the hotel is located in the -+ 200 meters to the end of the dead end, with a road that is a bit annoying because it has holes. But overall good, plus minus that we can still tolerate because it is safe too..

The staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and clean. Hot water, air conditioning, and TV all work well. Perfect for travelers.

I went there and the road was terrible, even on a motorbike. It was the worst entry up a track that has been beat up by many users on the track. The first night, there were literally mice, or more like rats, running up and down the ceiling space between the cement floor above and the ceiling in my room... When I called one of the staff to hear the noise, he was reluctant to enter the room, and I told him I was not staying in the room and wanted a room on the first floor. They were able to accommodate my request. There was a piece of the ceiling missing outside near the kitchen; that is where I suspect they got in. Further, the first room had a sprung mattress, and it was very bad, and there was no mattress protector. Very bad. The shower was also very bad since they had dug a track through the tiles to drain the floor as it pooled by the door. One of the worst hotels I have stayed in! The food was OK as it included breakfast. The app did not make it clear I was ordering for two people, and the site should have a way to edit the booking before it is sent with all the details made clear... Just a suggestion

If you want a budget hotel with excellent service and excellent room conditions, I always choose the FX Hotel. Affordable doesn't mean cheap. The rooms are neat and clean.

The room unfortunately had a moldy smell, which made it less comfortable. Some deeper cleaning or better ventilation could improve this. Breakfast was just a simple nasi goreng or a simple sandwich and didn’t taste very good — adding more variety would make mornings more enjoyable. With a few improvements in cleanliness and food, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

It's pretty good for this price. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean, the hot water comes out, there are no leaks, you get soap but no shampoo. There are clean towels too. Then in the room we get drinking water, tea, coffee, and there is also an electric kettle so you can brew popmie. The downside is, the AC position doesn't hit the bed directly, so if you're cool on the chair, it's nice. If it's a little cool, then move to the bed. In addition, the TV doesn't turn on. Yes, nowadays people play with their phones and rarely watch TV, but it's a shame that the TV is just for display. The rest is okay. For those who want to come here, order via the app, it's cheaper.
