Awesome pool, ac worked well, each bedroom had its own ac unit. Very comfortable I would stay there again.

terrible service! we had no one to talk to about issues while staying. we havent met reception at all including in checking-in. no WiFi at the room at all with no help in setting it. not recommended for anyone who attends to stay connected to the outer world while staying there.

Staff were amazing rooms were clean

Great place to stay as it had full size kitchen, washing dryer two bathrooms and my bed was comfortable. However the stairs let me down as we had a room on the top floor. Also the car park was very hard to get in and out as parking space was tight.

Great for families, comfortable, nice amenities and kitchen supplies. The pool is great!! Cleaning could improve especially in the bathrooms, the showers needed more careful scrubbing. 15 min drive from the city centre so you need a car for daily commute. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

The property is a little old but beautiful. Unfortunately, the neighbours left rubbish outside their door for three days, which smelled unpleasant whenever we stepped outside. Also, the beds were provided with only single sheets instead of duvets, which made us cold and unwell

We have just arrived home from staying at this property for our family holiday. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 6 nights. We arrived late out of hours, but I contacted the property and let them know just a few hours in advance, and they organised this for us easily. When we got into our apartment it was beautifully presented clean and huge. It was three bedrooms so plenty of space for the teenagers. It had everything we needed as a family (washing machine, dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body moisturiser, hairdryer etc). You really dont need to bring any of these. The grounds and pools are amazing although the spar pool wasnt hot (didnt go in anyway). Gym was nice but didnt use as too busy exploring. The apartment had internet for a small fee and tv. It is a little away from Cairns around 10 min drive (you need a car) but we liked this as it was quiet and Cairns was loud and busy so being out of the city suited us. It was close to the supermarket and small mall with some fast food joints around 5 mins drive away. The reception staff were outstanding. Always so polite and friendly and giving the best advice for places to visit. If we ever go back to Cairns, we will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved our accommodation. It was very quiet and calming place, the beautiful lipstick palms and gardens were lovely even had the joy of seeing a family of kookaburras and the beautiful blue monarch butterflies. The apartment had everything we need and was very spacious and furnished well, we were located on the second floor(via stairs)with a pool view. The apartment could do with some little touch ups but it was clean, it would also benefit with aircon upgrade also a fan on the balcony would be great. The complimentary pryia products were amazing. I would definitely be happy to stay there again. Thank you..

Good sized apartment, all the amenities that you could need.

Our apartment was perfect for our family of six, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The pools were beautiful, and the lush, green grounds added to the relaxing atmosphere. Check-in staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. While the bathrooms were a bit dated, it didn’t impact our experience at all. Would we stay here again? Absolutely—100%!

Perfect for our needs. Roomy for two ladies travelling, and the kitchen meant savings as we could shop for and prepare our own meals.
