The staff was very friendly, the room was clean, and the check-in process was fast. The atmosphere was very comfortable and calm. The environment was clean. A word of advice: don't throw leftover food in the prayer room's ablution area, as it can be quite smelly. Thank you.

A resort that makes us reluctant to leave because it's so comfortable. Yesterday, we rented a room with a direct ocean view, and the food was delicious.

The AC is not cold enough, so during the day it really feels hot, there are not many food choices

The villa was very comfortable, the food was decent, and the environment was clean, except in the morning when there was a lot of trash washed up on the beach in front of the villa. It would have been even more comfortable if there were cleaners for the beach area. The pool was leaking when I was there, so I didn't get to try it. But overall, it was okay.

Ah, I have no regrets, as I'm a very picky hotel person. There were four pillows provided, and they were all comfortable.

Improve the breakfast with more menus. Before the guest arrives, turn on the AC first so that it is not hot in the room.

The hotel is quite good, only the AC is not cold enough during the day and there are lots of fallen leaves in the swimming pool so it looks dirty.

if possible, use a bigger AC. when checking in the room was hot but at night it was okay, it was cold until checking out. parking area hopefully there will be more CCTV :). yesterday a car was scratched at the door because another visitor parked too close. initially did not admit to being the other visitor. after being given evidence, he admitted. overall the service is okay. very satisfied.

The swimming pool is dirty. I noticed there were around 4-5 rooms staying but none of them were swimming in the pool maybe because it was dirty. Even though I had brought swimsuits for my children, I didn't use them. The staff is not friendly, there are also lots of ants! My suggestion is that the AC is less than 1/2 PK. I checked in at 14.00 and entered the room, it was really hot, the AC 16 didn't even feel like it at all. Until the sheets and mattress were so hot I couldn't sleep on it and it took about 2 hours for the room to feel cold. Maybe the AC can be turned on before guests check in. Keep up the good work, Lynn, you can definitely become a favorite place that people are proud of.

New hotel so everything is new. Checked in at 14:30 but still had to wait because the room wasn't ready yet still being cleaned, I was told to wait 20 minutes. All facilities functioned well. Standard breakfast doesn't have many choices but for the taste it's ok! If the room is hot during the day, the AC doesn't feel good, if it's cold at night. In the pool, if there are chairs that fit to relax, it's nice so when you're swimming you don't have to leave your towel lying on the floor. For this price, it's pretty good in my opinion.

The staffs are friendly and the place is new and neat, but could be better if they provide us a mini fridge and a wardrobe. I came to breakfast at 8.15 am, and most of the foods are almost finished. Overall, me and my family had a great time here.
