My experience staying 1 night at Cozy 7A, for the service is good, 24-hour reception because I checked in almost midnight and still helped to carry my suitcase to the room. For the room is very adequate for a comfortable stopover and provided standard amenities too, the smart TV can function well, the hot water is on but in the room I chose the bathroom has no ventilation or exhaust, so it is a bit stuffy. There is a swimming pool too but we did not try the pool facilities because we had to check out in the morning, thank you.

The accommodation is comfortable. There is a swimming pool (suitable for children) next to the parking lot. The parking lot is quite spacious (on the ground floor). The room is clean and fragrant. In the room provided soap, toothpaste, and 2 bottles of mineral water. In the lobby there is a dispenser for drinking water and hot water for needs (making coffee). The price is quite friendly 👍

The room is clean, the toilet is also clean, but there are not enough hangers in the toilet.

The room and bed are comfortable and very clean, the staff are friendly, you get water and toiletries, it's a bit tiring because there's no elevator but it's okay if you don't have to go back and forth hehe.

Clean rooms, soft beds, good Wi-Fi, water dispensers on each floor, ample parking, and a small swimming pool. Located in an alley, it's not noisy with traffic. Unfortunately, there are no tables or chairs in the rooms. The power outlets are high, making it difficult to charge your phone. There are no TV channels, but there's Netflix, YouTube, etc. Please lower the room rates a bit; they're a bit expensive compared to similar accommodations.

The hotel staff is friendly, the only accommodation at that price that is equipped with a swimming pool for children.

The only thing lacking is that the AC doesn't feel cold enough
