Comfortable accommodation with beautiful views at night

The hanger area is very dirty and full of dust. The mattress needs to be replaced with a new one because the foam is thin, making the mattress uncomfortable to touch the body. The shop needs to be filled with attractive snacks.

2022 first time staying here very satisfied, good facilities, spacious room, clean, cheap price. 2025 back here because fell in love with the view of this hotel.. but very disappointed, the room is not clean, dirty sheets, blankets look like they haven't been washed, the mattress is sagging, the sink is leaking, there are no soap and toothpaste facilities like before. Although the advantages are the cheap price, friendly staff, the most satisfying thing is the view is very beautiful. It's a shame, this hotel should be better maintained. I don't know if I'll come back here again on the next trip or not, I don't think so. 🙏🏻

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful during check in, the location is also easy to reach (next to the main road) I happened to get a room on the top floor, I could enjoy the beautiful urban view of Batu Malang in the morning.

Have mercy on this hotel, especially the staff did not provide a solution when the guest was complaining, for example the wifi in my room did not work at all, they said yes trouble from the center, and that was all day, really, and I tried to keep using the wifi in the room but it didn't work, no action, then there was no solution I WA no response again. The room was dirty, the bed was dirty especially the bed was skewed, I was uncomfortable sleeping here last night. The bed makes my body hurt. Hopefully there will be a solution in the future. Room f 103.

The location is superb! Easily found on the main road, near to literally everywhere. Make sure you book rooms at the second floor, the view is amazing, you can watch sunrise and sunset. But the disappointment came from the cleanliness, the room is not so clean and many ants roaming the floor, walls even bathroom.
