You checked out at 1:30 pm, the receptionist charged an additional 90,000 VND because the hotel's additional charge policy is 30,000 VND/30 minutes. So the receptionist has followed the regulations. However, in case you want to check out later, considering that you are a loyal customer (for example, free late check-out), you can notify the receptionist in advance next time. Depending on the room status, we may consider free late check-out when you notify in advance and there are still rooms available. Because the customer was not notified in advance about the late check-out, the receptionist only followed the regulations.
