I love the villa, it's beautiful, and the view is really cool, you can see Mount Batur and Mount Abang. The room is clean, the bathroom is spacious. Love it ❤️

All the staff were very friendly, and the place was very satisfying. The views of the misty clouds from the top of the mountain were amazing. Pinggan Village was very impressive, and we will definitely return. Some improvements might include the bathroom shower head, which I felt lacked water pressure, and regarding the "flies," these are a common occurrence in the area. Overall, Pinggan Caldera was satisfactory.

The air was really cool, which I liked, so I didn't need the air conditioning. The downside was that the pool water was so cold that I couldn't swim at all, and there were a lot of flies. But the incredible views made up for it, making it a pleasure to stay there.

It takes about 3 hours to get there from the airport. It's best to go there in the afternoon or early morning, as the roads are dark and foggy at night, and some sections of the road are steep and lack streetlights. When I was there, between 5 a.m. and 5 p.m., there were a lot of flies, due to the weather and the agricultural area. It's truly a beautiful place.

The view is great, but the flies are really bad, very annoying. If you're going here, be careful with the map. It's better to choose the farther route than the closer one that goes through the black lava hills, because the road is extremely bad.

We had a little difficulty getting to the location but the staff were very friendly and accommodating and the room was quite comfortable and the view was incredible.

It's very comfortable and quiet to stay here, before checking in I asked the admin's WA and they said they close at 9 but when I came to check in at 9:30 it turned out the staff was still waiting and I was the last to check in. The staff is friendly and fast, I really appreciate that. It's just that the check out time is not the same as most hotels, I have to check out at 11 and I can't ask for a late check out even though I want to pay for the late check out (admin's WA) Overall all the services and experiences during the stay were very good. I will definitely come back again ✨😇

too many insects, small cockroaches, wild animals that appeared on their own, even on the mattress, when we first moved in we cleaned it completely, but I don't know why they kept appearing again

When I wanted to check out, I was really confused because there was no one at the reception desk. I had waited for about 30 minutes and I rang the bell several times but no one appeared. It was really hot in the reception area. Maybe next time, please have someone always on standby at the reception area because it is really important.

The view is truly breathtaking. The air is cool. Getting there is easy, although the road is quite narrow and quite steep.
