Nice, efficient and clean

it was construction around the hotel it caused noice at the day and not comfortable exit/enterenced. we were also placed with windows towards construction.

Located in the City of Lugo, with easy access to every place you would want to see. Hotel is elegant, big room, overlooking the city and the view of the old street below the reception area is a special touch.

The only gripe about this place is similar to other places in Europe - there is no parking! I had to use a nearby public parking facility that costs money.

The hotel has amazing design, modern and the location is the best with walking distance for everything.

This is a great hotel that is located inside the Roman wall, within easy walking distance of old city features like the cathedral.

Excellent staff and location. Spacious bathroom! They kept the Ancient roman stones in the lobby. Many restaurant options around.

Muito bem localizado, café da manhã muito bom, variedade com frios de qualidade e ovos mexidos feitos na hora, repetiria.

Très propre et lumineux, acceuil parfait et chambre modernes et spacieuses

L’hôtel est neuf et parfait pour la déco le confort. Malheureusement les draps de mon lit n’avaient pas été changés avec présence de cheveux et d’une paire de chaussettes oubliées dans le lit par l’occupante précédente !!! Du jamais vu pour moi dans un quatre étoiles. Dommage !
