The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful at check in.

It's a bit far from downtown George Town, but overall, it's a comfortable place. The only downside is that amenities like towels, soap, and toothpaste aren't provided. I mean, that's the bare minimum for a place to stay.

Great, clean. You can cook and do laundry, and you get complete facilities for around 200 rupiah. Just make sure you book a room with an inside or outside toilet.

I wasn't disappointed staying here. It was comfortable and clean, like home. My family loved it... A tip for those staying here: Just bring food from home that you can cook, as there's a refrigerator and you can cook too. Next time I go to LWE for treatment, I'll definitely stay here again...
