Why should I help Expedia, last time I stayed in Hawaii in a $600 per day villa; it was just a 30 yr old apartment, noisy upstairs, away from everything and Expedia was extremely unhelpful. Now about this ibis place , new and next to T2 tram into city, good breakfast included. Would recommend

Great location for La Defence Arena and easy tram, metro into Paris centre. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. especially Alexandre, who went beyond helpful on our late return from a Paul McCartney concert a L Defence.

Super close to the tram which was really nice for going into town. The restaurant wasn’t open while we were there and check in was quite confusing as there is no check in desk just a table in the front. The hotel is very clean the rooms are a bit small but very nice. The gym is tiny but worked.

The room was clean but very small. One evening around 11pm someone had obtained a key card for our room and entered while we were in bed...very shocking! Another morning, we were locked out of the room after leaving for breakfast. Security cards definitely need work!

First when we had happy hour at the hotel there were little bugs everywhere. Two got in my friend’s drink and they didn’t offer any discount , nee drink or any. Next the rooms ha d a fixed thermostats and we could not get it very cold in our room so I started to feel sick because of how hot it was. Lastly , we had put the sign to NOT come in our room and someone still did and changed the pillow which made it even worse sleeping conditions for me. Would not rec staying here.

Staff was helpful and breakfast was good. Restaurant/bar didn’t have set hours so it was hard to know if you would be able to get something to eat/drink. Air conditioning was not functioning when we were there which made the room very hot. Not a bad hotel but there are some areas for improvement.

Lights kept going off when one person left the room. Cleaning staff also kept forgetting to replace dirty towels

The staff were genuinely very nice and took really great care of us. Kudos to all of them. Only thing, I would change are those cheap white towels, which left lint all over the bedding and on your clothes. Also, this property needs more of a selection for breakfast and definitely in the restaurant on the ground floor. The burger was great though.

Great stay at a lovely clean and modern hotel. This was mid olympics and so the hotel was fairly busy. But despite this, no complaints at all. Extra special shout out to the friendly staff who always seemed to be smiling.

Ibis Styles Bezons is a home away from home. I could not have made a better choice! The hospitality was 1st class! Thank you!

Two problems were that the air conditioning system didn’t work or didn’t work properly so our room temperature was about 29C. Secondly, continually had to ask for more bread, fruit etc at breakfast, staff were good at clearing tables but failed to top up what had been consumed.

The air conditioning did not work in our first room (during a heat wave). When we went to reception initially we were told that is was and to give it time. Returning in the evening it was clearly not working. We were given the key to another room, which when we entered already had guests staying in it. Eventually we were given a room with working aircon but this meant we had to move all our luggage and toddler and baby two floors across the hotel at midnight. Highly unsatisfactory experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is nice with a lot of options including eggs, bacon, croissants, pastries, yogurt, fruits…It was overall an excellent stay.
