The room I stayed in was very lacking in facilities, there was no chair, the lights were not bright, the sheets and blanket were very inadequate

second time here and still enjoyable, please pay attention to the readiness of the room before use and the wifi can be improved further

The lights were dim, the TV didn't work, the front sink was clogged, the toilet bidet wouldn't work, the window lights were out, and the room wasn't very clean. It's still okay for just transit. Cleanliness, comfort, and amenities could be improved.

Actually the room is quite comfortable but the cleanliness is lacking because the sheets and bed cover smell of someone's used perfume, it seems like they weren't changed when we checked in. The TV doesn't have any channels and we have complained but they said it was being switched to digital TV. There is no water heater to make coffee, glasses and drinking water. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Sticky floor, bedroom looks like it's not ready to be used (pillows are not yet covered), no toiletries, the room's AC is really hot! The bathroom leaks, the TV doesn't turn on, the sofa is super dirty! Even though the location is strategic, it is very uncomfortable and I don't recommend staying here. Worst experience while staying in a hotel.

Slow Responding Hotel Staff. The Bathroom Headlights Were Dead and Couldn't Be Replaced Immediately, Had to Spam Chat Continuously. No Good Feedback. The TV Was Dead and Couldn't Be Used. Very Unfortunate :(.

There were no towels, no glasses, no hot water, not even anything to drink.

The room smells, the TV won't turn on, the swimming pool doesn't work, parking costs normal rates. And there is no information from the staff.
