The staff is kind and helpful. The location is strategically located in the city, perfect for exploring the palace, Taman Sari, Pasar Ngasem, the town square, and the surrounding area. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Yesterday, four of us stayed in a Jr Suite, and the room was still spacious enough to accommodate two extra beds. Breakfast was quite good. The downside is that check-in time was too late, at 3:00 PM. There was a sudden change in the price of extra beds and was not informed to guests. But overall, the stay here was very pleasant because it was close to Pasar Ngasem and at night there was delicious Javanese fried noodles in front of the hotel.

Strategic location, parking available, comfortable room. However, there are many stains on the sofa and white stains on the bathroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at FX Stay.

Stayed 1 night because I wanted to eat at Pasar Ngasem. Strategic location, very close to Pasar Ngasem, can be reached on foot. At night it is also easy to find food, walk to Bakmi Gandhok. The room is quite clean and spacious, the bathroom drainage is not smooth so the bathroom is muddy and slippery. Tried the breakfast menu of rice bowl and toast, standard taste, sufficient portion (rice + chicken + omelet, thick bread).

Nice accommodation, location is close to Pasar Ngasem and Taman Sari. But the service here is very bad.

This hotel is very good, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and spacious parking areas are very suitable for young people who want to travel because it is close to various famous destinations.

the room is comfortable, everything still feels new because this is a new inn... cleanliness and friendliness are good... what needs to be improved is probably about breakfast, we usually have breakfast at hotels at 6 or 7 am, here it starts at 8 but is delayed to 8.30, as a result the schedule that has been arranged is disrupted... maybe that needs to be improved again...

Inside the room is a bit noisy from outside. The roof is relatively short. The coffee shop has no AC, so it's hot. Overall ok, strategic location. The toast is delicious.

It is very comfortable to know this inn, the atmosphere is like home close to the Ngasem market and Taman Sari. Because it has only been open for a month, hopefully in the future breakfast can be upgraded again. Next trip to Jogja, I will stop here again.
