The staff are not helpful, just observing from afar. They don't provide breakfast. The place is still new, so everything is clean, empty soaps are not replaced, there is little information, you have to ask a lot of questions, there is no phone to call the receptionist/staff, the environment is clean and natural

I stayed here on a Saturday night and arrived at the cafe at 9:30 PM. When I wanted to order, it was almost closing time. We ordered at 9:00 PM because we had a long journey and hadn't eaten yet. We were begging because we had kids with us. Finally, we were allowed to order food. After ordering, we asked for the key and went into the room, and the food would be delivered. The room wasn't very clean, the sheets had brown spots, and the bathroom was full of black sand and lizard droppings. The food was reasonably priced and the taste was quite good.

The location is strategic, not far from the Purwokerto city center and also close to the Baturraden tourist attraction. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the service is excellent. There's a restaurant in the cabin area, so you can order food at affordable prices.

Friendly staff and fast response on WA, if you want to check in, go to the Polaris Resto first to the cashier to get the key just use your ID card, the room is according to the photo, clean, comfortable, cold AC, tried the food turned out to be delicious wow, I'm addicted to the grilled chicken, the recipe is tender, it's rare to find a villa with delicious food, automatic gate, car garage directly next to the villa, the back view has trees and a river, honestly a bit scared at night but it turns out it's safe there are no ghosts even though yesterday I was the only guest there

We enjoyed the nature's view and sound from the back balcony. We tried the food from the cafe, they brought the meal to our cabin. The meal was in good portion and price.

The staff were friendly and responsive. There's an automated gate so access to the cabins are secure. Every time we needed to go out, the staff would open it within a few minutes of a WhatsApp chat. The cabin was clean but the AC was noticeably struggling to cool the room. Maybe a higher PK is needed.

The staff is very nice and friendly, with a very cheap price for such good facilities. Very impressive, equipped with a swimming pool and children's play area. Equipped with a restaurant with many menus, affordable prices and most importantly delicious. Thanks a lot

The facilities and location are okay, no complaints, but the cleanliness is a bit lacking because there are lots of stains on the bed and the bathroom is dusty. The advantage is that the view from the back balcony is nice, facing the ravine and river.. ok

to check in is very difficult, asked at the Polaris restaurant, the answer is to enter through the gate in front of the Polaris cabin, repeatedly went through the gate which was always closed, asked again at the Polaris restaurant, the answer was still not satisfactory, finally answered you can use the remote... it's tiring... the restaurant and cabin staff should be the same so the information is clear

easy to reach place, checkin place in front of restaurant so you can access to cabin because there is closed gate. atmosphere is quite cool, view of trees & sound of river water is calming. for restaurant, food serving is quite fast. friendly service, tks

The hotel is clean and comfortable, the location is also good, it has a nice view, a little suggestion is to cover the ventilation holes with nets because in the natural area at night there are many flying insects that enter the room.

Fun, good service, fast response service, there is a smart TV and Netflix, clean rooms. Anyway, will come back again.

If you want to relax away from the crowd, it's a nice quiet place and the room walls are separated so it's more private 😁 I didn't try the food because there was no breakfast, maybe it will be provided in the future 😁 one more thing, the AC is not cold enough, oh please sir, before you give me a room, please wipe/clean all the furniture first because there are many items like animal poop, thank you, next time you can stay here again.
