This was the experience everyone dreams of when on vacaction. Everything was so seamless. The staff was spectacular. (Fernanda and Miguel deserve a shoutout). I could never return to MTY and not have Intercontinental El Presidente be my only choice.

The hotel is brand new and excellent. I had only warm water when I needed it, too sad they could not deliver for some reason. Otherwise all is excellent. Chapulin restaurant also was expensive and did not deliver at the same level.

Staff was not very helpful. The hotel is brand new and pristine. Very nice. However, the lighting controls don’t work well. Super confusing.

Beautiful new hotel But to much traffic to get in and out. And the school in front makes to much noice 7am with a microphone!!! And the other thing that bothers me was that at 11am the air conditioning was regulated to 23 degrees, so the room gets very hot!!!!! Horrible!!! We called the front desk every morning and they didn’t do anything.
