The owner of VM Hotel tried to contact us but was unsuccessful because the contact number of a Chinese travel agent was given, not Traveloka. Was Traveloka acting as a broker or using a Chinese travel agent to purchase VM Hotel vouchers??? We were fined for not being able to confirm our booking and for checking out late.
