This hotel exceeded expectations! Our room with spacious and the amenities like the hot tub and fire pits were wonderful. On-site dining was also great.

The room was clean. The view is wonderful. The pool area is nice. Only downside is that the staffs aren’t very welcoming.

It’s not as you expect, it’s too noisy because of the machines, maybe air conditioners or maybe laundry machines, cannot sleep well in the whole night. It’s too dry inside the room, cannot find a humidifier

This was our second stay at this Hotel. The biggest downside I have, is when spending more than a night there. They do not come in and clean your room/refresh the room during the day. For the prices of the rooms. That should happen. It was disappointing. Especially if they are charging upwards of $1000/night during busy times in the high season. We still paid over $400 a night.

When we arrived at Hotel Canoe, we were able to check in early since our room was ready, which was a great start. The front desk staff were friendly and provided clear instructions on parking, room access, amenities, and the tunnel connecting all three buildings. The building itself is beautiful, with a clean lobby, great views, and a rooftop hot tub. Each day, guests can order tea or coffee to take to their room, which comes with milk/creamer and sugar in a cloth bag. Unfortunately, not knowing this on the first day, I ended up spilling creamer on some of my belongings. The room looked nice at first, but we noticed some issues. The bedsheets had small tears, and the bench and couch had noticeable stains. The bed and pillows were quite uncomfortable, making for a poor night’s sleep. However, the rest of the room was clean, with fresh towels, toiletries, and beautiful mountain views. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the main strip, so nearby food options are limited. They do provide bus day passes, which is a nice touch, though we chose to walk. We enjoyed the rooftop hot tub, which had clean towels, change rooms, and lockers, but bring your own sandals. Overall, an enjoyable stay, but we likely wouldn’t return.

We have stayed here twice in the last 6 months. The biggest pro/con is that it's far from downtown. We like this because it's quiet and the view is unimpeded to the NW. An amazing view of Cascade Mtn. The hot tub is amazing and the fresh coffee with a pour over carafe makes the morning even better.

The restaurant had a great breakfast. The complementary soap and body was a nice touch. Love the coffee and tea options. While the velvet chair in the room was beautiful, it was covered in pet hair. Not the easiest to keep clean. Rooms near the elevator or joining hallways can be noisy late at night.
