Room spacious, comfort and clean. Only soundproof a little poor, would suggest to request room away from elevator. Wide spread of breakfast and big space in the restaurant. Nice cloud view if you get a window seat during breakfast. Warm temperatures of the swimming pools. If driving will get a complimentary parking after validation at counter. Overall very good hotel to stay, definitely will come back again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful during the check-in and check-out process and also helped when we were carrying our luggage. We had a very pleasant experience staying here. It's just that the distance to First World Avanue Mall/GPO is a bit far and the road is roundabout, but the hotel's facilities are top notch.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and many of the staff were Indonesian, making things easier for me as an Indonesian citizen. It's a bit far from the center of Genting, but the hotel is very comfortable and well-maintained, with a great view.

The hotel is amazing with scenery view, especially sunrise in the morning at 7:30 AM. My children enjoyed their heated swimming pool at night. Hard Rock Cafe (kids friendly) is just beside the tower, walking distance in 3 minutes. We will definitely come again.

I had a pleasant stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The location is good, especially if you are visiting Genting Highlands. Facilities were well maintained and the overall atmosphere was calm and enjoyable. Please note that a tourism tax is charged upon check-in for foreign guests, which is standard in Malaysia. Overall, it was a good experience and I would consider staying here again.

bathroom this dirty since first came. stay for 2n, don't understand why this hairtrash still not cleaned up. we can see it so clearly, why the house keeping hardly see it for 2days cleaning session??

The staff is very friendly, but because it's a holiday, there's quite a queue to check in. The hotel is clean and cool, but if you're going to Sky World, you have to use Grab for 10 minutes.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was new and comfortable, and we slept soundly. Access to Firstworld was close, about 5 minutes away. The swimming pool was great.
