Thankfull, the room is clean, but what's disappointing is the many cockroaches, it's a bit bad mood because it turns out there are 2 cockroaches, that's what's visible, I don't know about the invisible ones.
If it's the staff, the only friendly one is the receptionist, the security guard is rude, there's no smile at all, even when I said thank you, even my say thank you was not answered by the man, please brief the security guard again, he's in charge today, Monday, May 26, I checked out around 9:30 in the morning, it's a bit sad when I found out he didn't reply at all, he didn't even smile, even though I was very friendly as a guest, I work in the hospitality world also in a 5-star Jakarta, actually it doesn't look at low or high stars, all hospitality as far as I know must be friendly and serve the guest from the heart, but it's very unfortunate that it's not implemented by the Sans Hotel Tajur security guard, Thank You!
