The property was a great size for a family of four. Overall, the apartment was clean, especially the bathrooms and kitchen. The bedroom mattresses were comfortable and in good condition. The automatic shutters were a nice feature too. It is in a busy city, so complete silence should not be expected. The staff were very helpful, though I’d recommend using Google Translate or speaking with the doorman, who does not work for Factory but was extremely helpful and speaks both English and Spanish. The kitchen was also well equipped and clean. Areas for improvement The upper glazed window pane in the living room appears to have shifted, allowing outside noise in. The boiler/hot water system needs attention. We had to run the sink taps on full hot for around 10 minutes before using the showers. The apartment has a small private boiler, and the pilot light can go out, requiring it to be unplugged and plugged back in. One of the toilets stopped refilling during our stay, although there were two toilets available.

The room is clean, staff is helpful and responsive, good location, quiet , bed is comfortable. Only downfall is water temperature is up and down and late at night there’s no hot water at all.

Early check-in was easy. No roof/shared patio access was described or provided, but the apartment was great!

Overall great place to stay and super convenient. The apartment was exceptionally clean, spacious, and located perfectly for exploring Barcelona. We really enjoyed the layout and the convenience of the area. The only significant drawback was the shower. The water temperature fluctuated constantly, only staying warm for about 30 seconds at a time, and the showerhead handle wouldn't stay in place, sliding down during use. We reported this to the owner on day one; they mentioned they would look into it, though the issue persisted during our stay. If these plumbing and fixture issues were resolved, we would love to stay here again.

The apartment was really nice!! But its location was the best thing!! Very close to bus and metro stations. You could walk to paseo de gracia. I definitely recommend it

Brilliant apartment

It was very spacious and very clean we felt welcome and comfortable.

Perfect location. Near to El Born, Sagrada, the park. A lot of good cafes around.

The apartment was very nice. The outdoor space on the terrace was such an excellent bonus. The views were great.Location was great shops and restaurants near by.

The place is advertised as 4 star, it definitely isn't. One of the baseboards of the living room had no support and would flex every time someone stepped on it. There was no light in the shower, and a lot of mildew in the corners. Apartment had very basic amenities - functional, but basic. None of these represent 4 star status. The main thing working for this place is its convenient location, not much more than that.

The apartment is spacious for a large city apartment and in a great location, but it is totally neglected. Beds are ancient, original windows which are not sound proofed, filthy curtains which provide little blockage of the sunlight, sticky dining table. But most worrying of all was the electrical safety. First the toaster was faulty and dropped the main electricity supply switch everytime it was used (was replaced). Then the cooker (which we did not use) started beeping so I checked for the isolation switch (a legal requirement in the EU) to switch it off...not only was there no isolation switch but I found the cooker's cables connected to the mains cable without even a socket cover... an exposed cable connection behind the kitchen cabinet. Not knowing what other horrors there may have been, we considered the apartment unsafe and used equipment to the minimum.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The apartment was quaint and cozy, making us feel at home. Very safe, everything around is nice, and lots to do—walkable distance and very central. For sure, we will stay again in the future and will recommend it. Thank you very much!

The entrance after getting out the elevator smell very bad the carpet is dirty and do not compare with the cleanliness of the Apartment!! Inside is BEAUTIFUL we feel like HOME! Even tho is was just one night was very nice! Definitely we will comeback!

We were surprised by how spacious the room was for Barcelona standards - plenty of room to spread out, which was a big plus in a compact city. The apartment space is in a safe, quiet area, but there’s no 24/7 staffed reception or cleaning, and you even take your trash out of the building yourself. Fortunately, if check-in is inconsistent, you can enter the building code. The entryway is sterile and bare (likely for security since it’s not always manned), but there’s an elevator, which is handy. Air conditioning is available, but it’s locked at a low temperature. The keys are a major frustration: escape-room quality at best, making quick access in an emergency impossible. Sheets are too small for the queen bed. Overall, spacious and safe for the price.

The photos on the site are fake. The apartment is dirty. They gave us only one key. The staff were not nice, she spent 3 minutes with us, did not explain anything. The only good thing I can say is that they have. a nice big patio. Will never go with these apartments again.
