Upon check-in, the staff was very informative and helpful. When I arrived at my room, I found no towels, so I had to ask in the lobby for some. Also, in the drawer under the sink, there was a discarded magic tissue.

I stayed there during the PPDS selection process at UPH. The location is very strategic, close to the UPH campus and the Lippo Karawaci area, making it easy to get around. Check-in was easy, the room was clean, the bathroom was well-maintained, and the environment was relatively quiet for resting and preparing for the exam. The Wi-Fi worked well, and various dining options were easily accessible. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant and met my needs for a short trip.
