The villa is nice, but it wasn't very comfortable. When I was there yesterday, the water heater wasn't working properly because it used gas, not electricity. This was even cold in Lembang. The swimming pool was dirty, and it was only a little late in the day before the water was turned on, so I had to check out. Hopefully, this will be improved.

So many flies around the premises, even in the villa and dinning room. Water heater did not work Breakfast was just ok, not more variety No Netflix or local TVs But the staff were friendly and the atmosphere there was great, near to many hang out places.

If you have any questions, please contact our manager immediately via the WhatsApp number provided upon check-in. We will respond as soon as possible. Regarding the flies, there is currently a significant number of them. We have been regularly disinfecting to reduce the fly population, but we cannot completely eliminate them. We have updated our breakfast menu to reflect your room rate. All breakfast options now include chicken, eggs, vegetables, carbohydrates, and fruit. The villa is cute and the garden is beautiful. The swimming pool is a plus. The kitchen is fully equipped and the staff is helpful. Perhaps the breakfast menu, if the quantity is limited, could be improved. This way, breakfast can still be memorable, not just an additional amenity. Overall, it could be an option to return with a large family.

Very satisfying. The service is very fast, highly recommended for family gatherings, the view is great, and it's chill. Perfect if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of Jakarta and get away from work 👍🏻😘

Stayed here with six people, and the place and cleanliness were okay. But it's a shame they don't provide mineral water in each room. And there aren't even towels provided in the rooms, so you have to ask for them. Hopefully, the service will improve in the future, because it's a shame that the place is nice but the service is so lacking.

My first time in Lembang and I chose to stay here. I stayed for two nights. The room was clean, the food was delicious, the amenities were complete, and we could even cook. The caretaker was very kind, and the owner, oh my God, was very friendly and kind.

The place is new, so the restaurant isn't finished yet, but the place is OK for families, there is a swimming pool, the facilities in the rooms are complete, the room conditions are clean, the bathroom & hot water are available, for my unit there is a bathtub. Overall OK & recommended for families.
