Great location close to airport for very early flight. Offered shuttle bus to airport, had dinner at restaurant which was nice, room perfectly comfortable with all amenities. Highly recommend!

only spent a few hours here due to delays in my travels but those few hours were great. I was able to shower and nap before my flight. the shuttle service was also great. grazie

0/10 - Horrible experience, unsanitary. I stayed here because I had an early flight out of MXP the next day. Towels were dirty - went to use one and a wad of hair fell from it. Bed sheets were dirty, you could see the hair from another person on them. I called the front desk 3 times and nobody came. On the 4th call they sent a gentleman with just towels. I explained to him that I asked for new bedding - he proceeded to tell me it’s not his job and he didn’t know what I was asking for. I showed him the issue with the bedding he said it was my hair (mind you I have blonde hair and the hair on the bed was black). After arguing for 3 minutes at 10pm at night he went to get bedding. Him and his coworker came back hostile to switch it out. Would never go back.

The room was nice, the location was perfect for getting to the airport for an early morning flight. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was warm and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down. The shuttle was easy but not free like what we’re accustomed to.

Great room, restaurant, & staff!!

Hotel was very clean and staff were great. Easy access to airport and train stations. It was a bit further away from Milan Central than we realized at the time of booking…

Personnel were not supportive and quite rude. The shower was not closing completely, so the water kept spilling nonstop.
