We arrived late and were tired from the long journey, and then had to deal with the confusing check-in process. Adding to that the anxiety of leaving our belongings outside without a place to store them inside, and the fear that the hotel wouldn't take responsibility, was truly awful. The rooms were ordinary, lacking amenities, and there was no drinking water. There was a glass water bottle, I don't know what kind of liquid it contained, but I saw a lot of sediment at the bottom. There was air conditioning and hot and cold water though.

There is no receptionist at this place, so you have to contact me in advance to check in. I found the facilities here complete, and the space is clean and airy. The soundproofing is just a bit poor, I can hear the sounds from other rooms. Partly because I live on the ground floor, I sometimes hear the noise from the cafe next door. But overall, the experience is okay.

Bad experience, room is not like the picture, customer service is not sincere, because they have more than 200 guests every day so whoever wants to stay can stay.

Reasonable price in this area comfortable room

I booked a room with a balcony, but due to the hotel owner's arrangement, we were moved to the 1st floor, without a balcony. Another problem is that the hotel requires us to check in 1 day in advance, while I booked a room on the same day, so how could I do that? It was my fault for not reading the rules carefully before booking, but the slow and superficial response made us lose a lot of time and miss our own schedule, even if there is no receptionist, you should still pay attention to your phone a little. Still waiting for the hotel owner to refund the room difference...

Location is ok. Room is fully equipped, self check in so at first it was a bit confusing but after that it was worth the price.

I have to tell you the truth. There must be a reason why this hotel requires advance payment. And of course the gf room is terrible, full of ants and insects, the tables, chairs and cabinets are old and extremely smelly. The staff hired to manage the room curse more than they sing well, the room is not soundproof, early in the morning the staff cursed at each other like in the market, making it impossible to sleep. The washing machine on the lower floor was dirty + broken and refused to pay for repair or cleaning. The staff at the restaurant brought the whole family up to chat at the reception desk, making it impossible for the rooms next door to sleep when they had to hear all the talking from outside. The staff had an attitude, I paid in advance properly but they thought I was cheating.

The room is clean and fully equipped, will choose to stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Saigon.
