Overall, Horison Iswara was more than adequate for me.
My 3-day, 2-night stay here was excellent, and here are some things to share:
- The cleanliness is excellent, the hotel is well-maintained, and the housekeeping staff are helpful and helpful.
- The parking area is spacious and well-organized. I parked in the front parking area, and my car was protected from the heat, rain, and dust. It felt like I was in my own garage.
- All the facilities functioned well: Wi-Fi, cable TV, hot and cold shower, and a kettle.
- The lobby is comfortable, with a large, comfortable sofa for waiting.
- The elevator functioned very well and smelled good.
- The ambiance and temperature in the hotel area were very satisfying, with good air circulation.
- Some of the female receptionists were very friendly and always offered assistance. The male receptionists, on the other hand, were not as friendly.
- The hotel security was very friendly and helpful.
- There is a balcony, but the door lock was missing.
- The variety and taste of food and drinks (coconut milk) were mediocre.
- The soundproofing was very poor. During my stay, I was very disturbed by the noise of children and other guests on the same floor, the 15th floor, that night. (Suggestion: Write a written warning, verbal warning, and even a fine should be issued to guests to refrain from making noise and running around the hotel area.)
