I think this hotel is the best in Jepara. Booked for a short stay for work and their services were great. Food was great from the in-house resto, price and tastewise. Clean and comfy bed. Everything was great.

The FO is friendly and helpful. Parking is assisted by staff.

Comfortable, just minus the view

Our stay at the Sajiwa Inn & Suite Hotel was a truly enjoyable experience. Our family happened to check in late afternoon, and we were still greeted with friendly service. Security not only helped with parking, but also responded to guests' needs by assisting with luggage. The room was also quite spacious, clean, and quiet, perfect for our family who wanted to rest. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and will stay here again. Hopefully, Sajiwa Inn will continue to improve its services so that they will be even better in the future. Thank you & always be successful 😊🙏

I swear, they're super friendly, and the prices are still reasonable. While staying there, my car had a flat tire, and the staff came to my room and told me to get the tire fixed at the gas station because I was worried it might run out of air. Overall, it was really great, and the room staff were all great.

I've stayed at hotels out of town many times, but this is the best. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious for a hotel of this class, the service is very good, the food prices are relatively cheap, the environment is good, the rooms are good, the staff is very good. I will be a regular customer when I go home again, thank you staff 🤍💚

A very strategically located hotel. Finding food is easy, with plenty of street vendors along the road near the hotel. The bathroom is very clean, with an aesthetically pleasing mirror. Highly recommended if you're staying in Jepara.

This hotel is in the central of Jepara, the building looks new. Perfect for a business trip.

The staff was very nice and responsive. I found the AC not cold enough, and I've moved rooms but it's still the same. The location is quite strategic, close to the town square and lots of hangouts/cafes. The TV isn't very useful, except for YouTube (Netflix/etc.), which requires a separate account.

The staff was very helpful, check-in and check-out were quick, and they also assisted with parking. The room and bathroom were clean. We'll definitely return if we're in Jepara.

Easy access close to the city center so it's really easy to go anywhere, the building is new so everything is still in good condition, really good ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The staff is friendly even though the request for a top floor was given the 1st floor, the shower water takes a long time to heat up, the food is delicious, the room is comfortable.
