The hotel staff are friendly and nice, quick to help, only after asking for the room to be cleaned but the room is still not very clean

Good hotel, good place to stay, a walking distance to Haymarket and Paddy St Lite Rail Station, also near Gumshara and Emperor's Garden. I really enjoyed my stay, too bad they don't provide indoor slippers, hopefully they'll make it available in the vending machine sometime in the future. Anything's not available you can get from the vending machine in the lobby. The staffs are super helpful, they even helped me to inform the sore throat medicine available for locals.

Friendly hotel staffs and the location is good for Chinatown and Convention, and the harbor cruise to see the bridge and opera house!
