We got our room very late. In a service business like this, if something goes wrong, there should be a standard way to compensate customers, not just an apology.

The room was very large and spacious, perfect for a comfortable bed. The fitness center even had massage equipment.

The accommodation has a nice atmosphere, is clean, and in a good location right by the sea. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but they are not very soundproof, with noise from the floor above. The breakfast could use some improvement in taste.

Everything was great except the bathroom smelled bad, and the blankets and sheets didn't smell nice.

Normally, when I go 2-3 times, I stay on the ground floor by the sea, which is great. But this time, I wanted a higher spot; the atmosphere was amazing 😉

The location is quite far from the city, far from the main tourist attractions. It is located next to Phuyun Beach. The surrounding area is quite quiet, suitable for those who want peace and quiet and have a private car. The most disappointing thing is the hotel's food. -Breakfast, very few food lines, no seafood at all, only low-cost food, such as 3 ready-to-eat dishes. Stayed for 2 days, the menu is not different, pork scraps, chicken scraps and stir-fried vegetables. There is an egg station, toast, salad station and a noodle station with 3 types of fruits: dragon fruit, cantaloupe and watermelon. -I had a chance to order lunch and dinner, and they were not delicious. The price of a hotel of this grade, but the taste is not good at all. You should not eat at the hotel. -The dining area is quite small and the ventilation is not good. After taking a shower and eating, both clothes and hair smell bad. What I like and recommend In terms of facilities, the hotel has everything. Suitable for families with children. The hotel is next to the beach and has a kid zone.

The hotel is newly opened, so the staff may not be very professional in answering questions. The swimming pool is small, and the beach is (very) dirty. At first, I expected the breakfast to be more varied. The advantage is that the rooms are very spacious and have sea views from every room.
