The hotel price was not right, when we got there they asked for another price of 150k per night.

I have paid in full but when I arrived at the place I was asked for additional fees, they said the fees in the application were wrong, if it was wrong it should be fixed or deleted from the application, if this is the case it is a scam, the receptionist was rude, wanted a refund and said it was impossible "other guests usually can't do it so it's better to just pay more, we don't get money from the application either" said the receptionist, I heard it was speculative, it means it's not just once or twice like this, so where is the money?, whether I like it or not I end up paying more, the way to the room was not directed so I had to find it myself even though there were staff who were just silent, the blanket smelled like it had never been washed, fix it again, everything was really bad, if there was a -10 star, I would give it -10

According to previous reviews, there is indeed an additional /room @ 75,000, but it is still worth it, it is quite strategic, there is air conditioning, hot water even though the room has no windows, if it is only for sleeping, it is okay.

fraud, doesn't match what's in the ad, doesn't look like the hotel

Booked a room long in advance when I arrived at the location they said it was fully booked and my name was not there even though I had booked it on Traveloka. When I was asked for a refund, I was very disappointed. And besides me, many customers who came there were rejected for reasons like mine.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, the hotel is comfortable.

The hotel price does not match the application when checking in, an additional price is requested.

When I got there, I was asked for another 54,000 because the online price was different from the original price. The guard said 150,000 per night. 2 nights 300,000. While I had paid online 246,000 for two nights, finally I had no choice but to add more than having to look for it again because it was already late. It felt trapped and the mattress was hard, sleeping was uncomfortable and the TV had no signal and the rest was clean, the AC was cold. I probably won't go there again. Thanks u.

The accommodation is clean and nice and the service is friendly, only the price on the application is different but that's okay.
