I was disappointed when I arrived and was charged RM10 in tax. This should have been stated in the app; it's not transparent.

The hotel staff were nice in the morning, but when I changed shifts to the middle of the night with male staff, it felt like they weren't doing enough, or maybe their SOP wasn't helping with luggage. Maybe it's because the hotel is cheap? So, hotel guests should be self-aware of the price when it comes to quality. But my dad said this hotel is pretty good for a transit hotel at that price. Hopefully, it can improve and be more hygienic.

The hotel is close to KLIA, and quite a few shops near it. Checking in was smooth and the receptions greeted us with a smile. It was a good stay, no complaints.

Hotel close to the airport, Hotel staff is very helpful when there is something left in the previous apartment, we are also helped to order a vehicle when going to the airport. For standard rooms because the price is relatively cheap, the hotel is clean but indeed a bit cramped. If looking for food a bit walk is quite good and the location is relatively quiet.

The room is quite clean, just the hotel rules are strange. 1 room is only for 2 people, while I have 3 people. wife and 1 child. but after negotiation finally allowed 3 people. Never met a hotel with such strange rules
