We loved our time at the IHG- Intercontinental Crete. It’s centrally located in Agios Nikolaos to great food and shops. The hotel has valet parking and it was very easy to get in and out quickly. The staff could not have been more pleasant. From the moment we arrived, they were very attentive and kind. The breakfast was phenomenal and included with out stay. This saved us time and money looking outside of the hotel for breakfast each day. The hotel restaurant and bar are great too. We spent each night having a delicious meal or drink at the hotel. The room was spacious and had everything to make our stay feel like home. We loved our time! 10/10

Staff was wonderful. Very friendly and attentive. The amenities are great too. Just had concerns about the quality of the room.

Breakfast was more Holiday Inn express standard Room faced a busy road and outside entrance so extremely noisy . Not shown on website or when booking. Rooms were barely serviced Pools have amazing view but be warned are not heated . Indoor pool is pretty cold also most people got out immediately . Nice sauna though

Loved this hotel! It was in walking distance to lake and to shopping/restaurants! The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of items. What made it even better was the staff!!!!! Will be back again really soon!

Lovely buffet breakfast, the hot items would be perfect if hotter. Very convenient location for restaurants,bars and shops. Very clean in all areas, very friendly staff . A few more umbrellas around the pool areas would help.

Next level service and amenities. Incredible breakfast buffet overlooking the ocean. Our car was Brought up front on our day of departure without asking. Just plain amazing people.

We loved the location, right next to the sea and convenient to shops and restaurants. The staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. All areas were very clean and well maintained and the lobby area was remarkable.

We had a lovely 10 night stay and would definitely recommend.

Nice area

The property is absolutely beautiful overlooking mirabello bay! Breakfast is delicious and has a ton of options to pick from while you sit by the pool on the 5th floor overlooking the ocean as well. The beds slightly firm but are very comfortable and nice. Everything in the hotel looks modern and new still.

Beautiful hotel. We upgraded to a sea view room with plunge pool which was stunning. The staff couldn’t do more for you and always greeted us with a smile. Brilliantly situated, just a short stroll to the centre of town on the flat. Would definitely recommend

Good location if you are looking to stay in that part of Crete For uni the concierge was awesome! Great recommendation, helpful, professional! We had few issues during our stay and we were mostly disappointed that no one followed up with that (issues with the light in the room and alarm that disturbed our sleep) The issues was not resolved, but the main disappointment was that no one took the time to proactively share any update and let us know if they even looked at it

One of the best hotels weve ever used. It had a stunning view. The pool was an infinity pool overlooking the sea. It was possible to swim in the sea as well by accessing a patio area located across the road. It was close to town for shopping and dining options. Breakfast was amazing. I would highly recommend!
