Everything was fine, it was a good time to come back. The staff were polite.

I was there during ASOT Vietnam, reason being to select this hotel due to its location which was near to the concert venue at Van Phuc City and also quite close from the Airport. The room was super clean with the bath tub and big TV. Although there was a language barrier the staffs were very nice and attentive. A 24hr mini mart just around the corner as well as many eatery places along the main road and alley toward the hotel. Recommended

The hotel is easy to find and close to the supermarket.

Hey, we stayed in a suite on the top floor, and it was absolutely amazing. The room was super spacious and super beautiful, the only downside was that the water in the bathtub took a bit long to run.

The hotel is new and clean, but the facilities show signs of wear and tear. The air conditioning wasn't cold from the moment we checked in. The shower was leaking...

The staff were welcoming and friendly, even when I arrived late.

The staff were friendly, but the refrigerator was broken and they said they fixed it, but there was a useless refrigerator that wouldn't even heat up.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and the location is strategic near food vendors and cheap laundry.

The room is very small, no wardrobe, only 1 clothes hanger for 1 double room. The air conditioner is old and broken. The service is really bad, in return the staff is gentle and enthusiastic. Will never come back.
