The sauna towels were like doormats. Ugly. And the request in the notes when booking wasn't granted. I asked for a bag to be delivered in the morning so the room would be ready, but it wasn't delivered. Sigh.

A great place in the middle of the city. The room is very comfy, but some of the furniture looks very old and needs to be revitalized. Overall, I’m enjoying my time here.

In my experience, the hotel room was hot. Even after the technician checked, the AC was still hot, and the room smelled of wet carpet. I'm afraid to return here again. After a long trip, I couldn't sleep because the room was hot.

All staff are very friendly, service is satisfactory, all areas are clean, large swimming pool is suitable for children.

The first time I stayed in this hotel was in 2024, back then it still had a different name. I remember it had a really nice room. However, when I visited this time, the rooms look so old, the furniture and the appliances look so haggard. The rooms reek of an old and humid odor. The plus point is that the poolside room can be used for small family gatherings. I wish there would be a renovation to this hotel. It has nice spaces, a nice pool, and even a tennis court.

Please check Room 117 first. It looks like it needs renovation. The staff are all friendly, but the rooms do need more maintenance. It seems the hotel is working on repairs one by one.

For a comfortable hotel atmosphere, the atmosphere of a resort, but unfortunately the rooms are not well maintained, a lot of the paint on the door of the room and the cupboard in the bathroom is coming off, it just needs to be repainted and tidied up again, it will definitely be very good.

old hotel, but nice swimming pool

There are no minus points about this resort, it's great, our whole family stayed here, booking 2 rooms with 4 adults and 2 children, it was very comfortable, it was the best

Everything in this hotel feels dated. The decor, rooms, and furnishings are old and start to show its age (rusty, cracking, dirty). In our room, the hot water is weak, fridge not working well, room smell weird, bed felt not comfortable. The facilities are also very dated, the gym equipments are old, the whirlpool is dirty and small. The only great thing here is the staff, they are very accommodating, polite (greet you every time you see them) and kind as well (help us with carrying our belongings without expecting tip)

We like the environment such back to nature, many trees, grass, the best is the pool. ❤️
